The Reading List for the 2025 Cóyotl Awards has now been released and I’m delighted to have a few stories included.

‘Back to the Molly House’ and ‘Would?’ both feature in the Short Stories section, while ‘Votive’ can be found in Other Works.

Meanwhile, the two anthologies in which ‘Back to the Molly House’ and ‘Would?’ appear can be found in the Anthologies section. These are The Wideness of the World and Wild Hearts respectively.

There are so many great novels, novellas, and stories on this list and I’m delighted to sit amongst them. Definitely go and give these a read prior to voting opening later in the year.

Meanwhile, the shortlist has been revealed for the 2025 Ursa Major awards. While none of my stories ended up being nominated, The Wideness of the World does feature in the General Literary Work section.
