The fourth anthology by the Furry Historical Fiction Society, The Wideness of the World, is now available to pre-order, with the release date slated for 13 December.
If you are going to Midwest FurFest, you’ll be able to pick up a copy at the convention, but the general release will be the following week.
I am particularly excited about the forthcoming collection as I will have a story published by the FHFS for the first time.
‘Back to the Molly House’ is set in London in 1726, when the Society for the Reformation of Manners is at its height. Following on from ‘1725’, my first-ever published furry story, Hooke knows that he needs to keep his relationship with his consort Rufford discreet. Yet when the fox is caught soliciting on The Sodomites’ Walk, he is thrown into the tribulations of the age. Can their love survive contact with the authorities?
I have really enjoyed the first three anthologies from the FHFS and it’s a tremendous honour to have a story included here. The collection is outstanding, with tales from some of the best furry writers around. To have something included alongside them is a real privilege.
If you like the first three books or if you are a fan of historical-themed literature, then this anthology is for you. Check it out by heading over to the Transcendent Publishing website, where you can pick up all FHFS publications.
